My desire as a health coach is:

To make a difference in the lives of those who cross my path;

To partner with you in a process of transformation that focuses on aligning your values, interests, skills and passions, in a judgement free zone;

To guide you in a process of exploration and discovery of the food and lifestyle habits that will serve you best;

To assist you in a process of uncovering limiting beliefs and negative self-talk,  that may be keeping you stuck or holding you back from achieving your wellness goals;

To empower you each step of the way by providing you with tools for creating habits that can be life-changing.

My Story...my journey to wellness began 13 years ago.

My personal health journey over the past 13 years has transformed my life and my health.

I was unhappy with my weight gain, suffered with allergies, food sensitivities, auto-immune disease, IBS, joint pain, rashes, itching, anxiety and heart palpitations.

I was determined to find the "root cause"  of this chaos in my body that was impacting every aspect of my life.

After lots of frustration and mis-steps I decided that I would try using food as my medicine to heal,  along with meditation, yoga, exercise etc. I was on a mission to get well and find the "joy" again in my life  - and to  thrive, not just survive.

My Story Today...

I have maintained my ideal weight for 13 years now, after losing 20 + pounds.

I have learned how to eliminate, minimize and manage some of my health issues including food sensitivities, allergies, IBS,  Raynauds, and gluten and histamine intolerance.

Today, I am a more vibrant, healthy and happier version of myself.
