Introduction to the benefits of meditation and mindfulness: tips for cultivating mindfulness in everyday life, a variety of meditation and mindfulness practices including a 1-minute meditation, and easy ways for you to create and integrate a meditation and mindfulness habit into the natural rhythm of your day.
