Create a Mindset for Change

I’d like to introduce you to the concept of a growth mindset, a way of thinking and behaving that gives us a more hopeful way of creating habits that are sustainable without having to rely on high levels of motivation or unwavering will-power or discipline.

From smoothies, soups and snacks to entrees and dessert. And, links to favorite recipe pages. Check them out.  Give your palate something new to experience. Include a variety of nutrient dense foods throughout the day that are rich in fiber and phytonutrients. Keep it simple - eat the rainbow of fruits and veggies - 6 to 12 servings a day. Choose organic and local foods when you can, grass-fed animal foods when you can, and whole grains. Enjoy!
